How Assessment and Counseling Fit into a Lexora Course

The Lexora Academy learning journey has three stages: registration and assessment, learning sessions and the program's final assessment, then feedback and counseling after the learning sessions are complete.

Before the first learning session, learners complete a Talenta Tracker personality assessment and receive a PDF report. For LDCC, assessment insights can help inform the Model UN council selected for a cohort. For LLC, the assessment and learning progress provide context for the final feedback conversation.

The counseling session is held online after the program. LLC learners meet with a consultant for about 30 minutes and with a teacher for about 15 minutes. LDCC learners meet with a consultant for about 30 minutes and with a chair for about 10 minutes. These sessions are part of the program's learning review.
