1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Lexora Academy platform (lexora.academy), you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering, keep your password confidential, and take responsibility for all activity under your account. Do not misuse or share your account, impersonate others, or provide false information.

3. Courses & Schedules

Lexora Academy provides online language courses (and hybrid options for select programs) in a batch/cohort system, including regular classes, placement tests, and Model United Nations (MUN). Session schedules, instructors, and class composition may be adjusted for smooth delivery; material changes will be announced via the platform.

4. Pricing & Payments

Course fees are listed on class pages and invoices. Payment is made online through the payment provider (credit/debit cards, bank virtual accounts, e-wallets, and QRIS); the payment status updates automatically. A course-specific down payment (DP) is available for batches starting far ahead, with settlement before classes begin. Invoices expire per the stated due date.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel before the batch starts: full refund minus payment gateway fees (if any). After the batch starts: completed sessions are non-refundable; unheld sessions may be refunded 50% within 7 days of the first session, non-refundable thereafter. If Lexora Academy cancels a class, you are entitled to a full refund or a free move to the next batch. Request refunds via support@lexora.academy; funds return within 14 business days to the original payment source.

6. Service Changes

We may change, update, or discontinue parts of the services, content, prices, and these terms from time to time with notice via the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, and logos on the Lexora Academy platform are protected by applicable copyright laws in Indonesia and internationally. Do not copy, re-record sessions, redistribute, or distribute materials without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct & Content

Uploading unlawful, harassing, or class-disrupting content is prohibited. We may deactivate violating accounts without refund for completed sessions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lexora Academy is not liable for inaccuracies, delays, or expired/removed content on the platform. Our liability is limited to the transaction value you paid for the related service.

10. Electronic Communications

You agree we may send emails, in-app notifications, and messages about services, billing, and program updates. Notification preferences can be changed in your account.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Indonesia.
